∎ Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS, and employee records.
∎ Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR practices.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental and company goals.
