Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS, and employee records.
∎ Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR practices.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental and company goals.
∎ Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the HR team.
∎ Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS, and employee records.

∎ A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
∎ Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the FMCG industry.
∎ Proven track record of strategic HR management and organizational development.
∎ Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ High level of integrity and confidentiality.
∎ Strategic HR Leadership:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Advise senior management on HR-related issues and provide strategic input on organizational planning and development.

∎ Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee grievances and mediate disputes. Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues. Develop and implement strategies for employee recognition and reward programs.
∎ Compensation and Benefits:
∎ Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices within the industry standards. Conduct regular reviews and updates of compensation and benefits policies.
∎ Compliance and Risk Management:
∎ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Manage HR-related audits and reporting. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
