∎ Age 27 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing JD & updating organogram
∎ Update various HR policies & communicate with employees
∎ Prepare assessment related tests for recruitment
∎ Communicate with department heads to prepare written questionnaire for various position
∎ Update list for yearly performance appraisal
∎ Communicate with department heads regarding setting goals and KPIs
∎ Collect performance data on timely basis for collaborating with appraisal
∎ Ensure the entire yearly appraisal process is documented (form creation, data collection, increment sheet preparation & approval, issuance of promotion & increment letter etc)
∎ Contribute in HR developmental assignments
