Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execution of the company's HR plans, policies, and decisions of the Management.
∎ To Direct & Control the overall administration department and its activities
∎ Ensure proper HR operation and function of the organization i.e., recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion, increment, etc.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
∎ Follow-up the functionalities of HR/Admin/Compliance
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the organization.
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues.
∎ Resolve employee grievances, and stress in a proactive manner
∎ A well establish fast food chain Branded Restaurant looking for a very dynamic, young master's degree qualified Business Human Resources.
