Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the performance of tissue converting machines to ensure they are operating efficiently and producing high-quality products.
∎ Assist in the setup and adjustment of converting equipment to meet production specifications and standards.
∎ Maintaining of packing material stock as per demand.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance program.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on converting machines to ensure their optimal performance.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in the converting operations.
∎ Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
∎ Any other task assign by the supervisor.
