∎ Age 35 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
∎ Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
∎ Administering Compensation and Company Programs. Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.
∎ Assure compliance with Laboure laws, regulations and internal policies.
∎ Assist in designing and implementing employee development programs and initiative.
∎ Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Prepare different drafts, reports, letter as directed by the management.
∎ To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.
∎ Create New personal files of new joiners and input the data into software.
∎ Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority
