Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

Mermaid Green City” is a sister concern of MERMAID GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Deputy Manager / Manager under the Sales department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate / Land business and present market.

  • Responsible for the entire Sales including policy formulation and implementation.

  • Responsible to lead Sales Team and have to achieve team target.

  • Lead the team for daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.

  • Create new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.

  • Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend.

  • Time to time report to the supervisor.

  • Able to find some new corporate house/individual customers who are eligible to buy our product.

  • Create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.

  • Building a strong relationship with the customers.

  • Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.

  • Aggressive for sales completion with excellent leadership capability.

  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers.
