Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gather samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with the sampling plan and prepare them for analysis by following the appropriate laboratory procedures.
∎ Perform various chemical tests and examine samples using various laboratory equipment and instruments.
∎ Ensure that all testing procedures are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
∎ Supervise the lab staff to ensure that quality control activities are maintained.
∎ Ensure that all instruments used in the laboratory and its surroundings are clean.
