Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Must have excellent analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, Professionalism, problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication & written skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
∎ Responsibilities & Context Manage all general HR practices strongly such as staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration.
∎ Check all data, records, formats, files, books & registers of all departments whether these are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirements.
∎ Prepare HRIS report as per group requirement.
∎ Employee Leave & Attendance Management, draft and issue increment & Promotion.
∎ All kinds of disciplinary action procedures.
∎ Prepare periodical analytical reports based on performance shift of the organization, workload analysis, departmental achievement etc.
∎ Evaluate training needs and manage training programs to build a competent workforce.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
