Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This is full time position has to work in the hospital in the clinical environment.Actively involved in day-to-day HR and Admin operations Assist in recruitment and selection process of clinical and non clinical staff Prepare employee's monthly salary, yearly promotion and final settlement Maintain HR documents of the staff Maintain leave and attendance of the staff Monitor disciplinary actions, employee grievance and conflict are handled as per labor law Ensure regulatory requirements are up to date Prepare duty roster of the staff Other tasks assigned by the management.
