Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for managing HR Operation of the Factory.
∎ Assist in Recruitment and Selection.
∎ Maintaining Yearly Performance Appraisal.
∎ Maintaining all Employees Personal Files.
∎ Ensure employee ID cards & Appointment Letters.
∎ Maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
∎ To maintain employees separation procedure.
∎ To maintain employee discipline & handle all disciplinary issues of the factory as per EPZ Labor Law & Labor Rules 2022.
∎ Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
∎ Assist in Training & Development activities.
∎ To prepare / issue various office note, memo, notice, circular, office order, meeting schedule, organize meetings, record & circulate the minutes to the respective personnel(s).
∎ To perform any other task assigned by the management as and when required.

There will be 4000 employees and manufacturing casual denim and kids wear.
