Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

·       Leading the audit team and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

·       Lead, manage, and perform internal audits across all functions and locations.

·       Perform IT and manufacturing process audits in the SAP environment.

·       Tracking systems for raw material from import to consumption.

·       Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan monthly, quarterly, and annually.

·       Identify control gaps, operational inefficiencies, and non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.

·       Monitory compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

·       Ensure timely reporting of audit findings and follow up on corrective actions by the management.

·       Provide insights and advice to the Board Audit Committee and the Board on risk and control matters.
