Responsibilities & Context:

Key Task and Duties:


Support the implementation of the annual Talent Management cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and calibration processes.

  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees and critical roles to support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.

  • Coordinate talent reviews, career development discussions, and individual development plan (IDP) tracking.

  • Support competency framework implementation and capability gap analysis to inform learning and development interventions.

  • Maintain talent data, dashboards, and reports related to performance, potential, succession, and development actions.

  • Support the preparation, execution, and monitoring of the annual training calendar and learning plan aligned with strategic and functional needs.

  • Design, develop, and facilitate in-house learning programs covering technical, functional, leadership, and behavioral skills.

  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and refresher programs across locations to ensure consistent employee experience.

  • Maintain learning records, training MIS, dashboards, and effectiveness reports (feedback, learning impact, completion rates).

  • Assist in implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives aligned with organizational values and business priorities.

  • Support engagement surveys, action planning, awareness campaigns, and cultural initiatives promoting fairness, respect, and inclusion.

  • Support the rollout and coordination of wellbeing initiatives covering physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing.

  • Assist in managing content for social media, career pages, and internal platforms highlighting organizational culture, learning initiatives, and people stories.

  • Support employer branding activities to strengthen employee value proposition and talent attraction.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and trackers related to Talent Management, L&D, engagement, DEI, employer branding, and wellbeing.

  • Coordinate with business leaders, internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and external partners for smooth execution of programs.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance of all talent and learning initiatives.
