Key Task and Duties:
Support the implementation of the annual Talent Management cycle including goal setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and calibration processes.
Assist in identifying high-potential employees and critical roles to support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
Coordinate talent reviews, career development discussions, and individual development plan (IDP) tracking.
Support competency framework implementation and capability gap analysis to inform learning and development interventions.
Maintain talent data, dashboards, and reports related to performance, potential, succession, and development actions.
Support the preparation, execution, and monitoring of the annual training calendar and learning plan aligned with strategic and functional needs.
Design, develop, and facilitate in-house learning programs covering technical, functional, leadership, and behavioral skills.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and refresher programs across locations to ensure consistent employee experience.
Maintain learning records, training MIS, dashboards, and effectiveness reports (feedback, learning impact, completion rates).
Assist in implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives aligned with organizational values and business priorities.
Support engagement surveys, action planning, awareness campaigns, and cultural initiatives promoting fairness, respect, and inclusion.
Support the rollout and coordination of wellbeing initiatives covering physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing.
Assist in managing content for social media, career pages, and internal platforms highlighting organizational culture, learning initiatives, and people stories.
Support employer branding activities to strengthen employee value proposition and talent attraction.
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and trackers related to Talent Management, L&D, engagement, DEI, employer branding, and wellbeing.
Coordinate with business leaders, internal stakeholders, trainers, vendors, and external partners for smooth execution of programs.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance of all talent and learning initiatives.
