Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
∎ Program Prepare and keep the documentation related to audit and compliance.
∎ To monitor the floor for checking all kinds of compliance issuesTo motivate the employees for maintaining all kind of personal safety
∎ To maintain all kinds of training recordsTo aware the employees regarding health and safety issuesSupporting the conduct of verifications such as HIGG, SLCP, and social audits such as WRAP, BSCI, and Brand audits.
∎ Conduct internal H&S and Environmental assessments in a regular interval.
∎ Conduct in house training for all employees on OH&S, EMS, Fire Safety, Grievance etc. as advised by factory management.
∎ Maintain every compliance mechanism/tools internally; through weekly, monthly and yearly comparative statistical report & tools.
∎ Conduct Environment and Chemical Risk Assessment and confirm CAP.
∎ Periodically assess air emission, noise level and others environmental aspects.
∎ Maintain EHS Self-Assessment, Chemical Restriction & water self-assessment.
∎ Regular monitoring of energy consumption, water consumption in the factory premises.
∎ Job Context:
∎ To Lead, coordinate and support all activities of system audits; Prepare and maintain Audit documentation. To coordinate and support factory heads to improve day to day Compliance & Environmental Management system. To develop a continuing improvement system for all Environment requirements.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
