Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for energetic, smart, and fresh graduates to join our HR & Compliance team as MTO - Counselor.
∎ This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals aiming to build a career in the garment industry’s HR & Compliance sector.
∎ Assist in daily HR & Compliance activities.
∎ Communicate effectively with internal departments and external parties. Counsel employees on HR policies and workplace behavior.
∎ Maintain documentation and assist with audits as needed. Perform tasks under pressure and within deadlines.
∎ Have to ensure floor compliance. Maintain floor 6S.
∎ Do an internal Audit. Grievance Handling.
∎ Worker Motivation. counsel the workers on general issues like company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and discipline.
∎ To counsel the absentee workers as referred by the HR section, with a view to reducing absenteeism & turnover.
∎ To counsel the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are lagging behind in efficiency as referred by the factory's Line Management.
∎ To counsel workers on disciplinary issues.
∎ To counsel workers on safety, health & hygiene issues.
∎ To make them aware in relation to their reports & privileges, employment rules, terms & conditions.
∎ To make them aware of productivity consciousness.
∎ To make them aware of Quality Assurance improvement.
