Applicant must know all SOP of the UNIQLO Buyer & have a minimum of 5 years of work experience with the UNIQLO Buyer.

Develop and implement daily and weekly cutting schedules aligned with the production plan and quality standard.

Plan and manage the daily cutting schedule, ensuring on-time delivery of cut fabrics to the production lines.

Supervise all pre-cutting processes, including fabric inspection, shrinkage testing, lay planning, and marker approvals.

Monitor and control the flow of cutting activities to ensure timely feeding to sewing lines.

Ensure marker planning in coordination with the CAD Department.

Ensure budgeted allowances and minimize wastage.

Continuously evaluate and optimize cutting techniques and technologies to improve.

Ensure systematic fabric laying, cutting, and bundling to avoid shade variation and identification.

Investigate and address any discrepancies in cut panels, lay defects, or material faults.

Collaborate with Fabrics Store, Merchandising, Pattern, and Sample, Quality & related departments for continuous process improvement.

Maintain accurate records of fabric issuance, cutting output, wastage reports, and manpower efficiency.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management for performance monitoring and planning.

Any other task assigned by the management.
