• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Good knowledge & skills in computing.

• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

• Good in planning and analytical skills.

A 100% Danim & Jaket Garments Factory requires Quality Manager to be filled up by talented professional for Bhabanipur, Gazipur, Bangladesh.

• Responsible for overall quality management of the company ensuring required quality standard.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards relevant to our products and ensure that the production processes align with all applicable quality and safety regulations.

• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality.

• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals. Foster a culture of quality within the organization, emphasizing the importance of adherence to quality standards.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and supply chain, to integrate quality into every aspect of the production process.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, procedures, and performance.

• Generate regular reports on quality metrics and provide updates to senior management.

• Develop and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of quality standards and processes.

• Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit, End line Audit, Day final Audit, etc
