∎ Must have experience to work as a Asst. Manager in Compliance.
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 (Amended 2013& Rules 2015), buyer compliance, Code of conduct, and regulations of the country.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord & Alliance standard.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Must have experience to work as a Asst. Manager in Compliance.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound Knowledge on Process & Procedure on Certification audit (Like BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, GOTS HIGG FEM etc).
∎ Sound Knowledge about RSC & Nirapon (90 Days).
∎ Will assist in all kinds of Audit as per Buyer's COC and prepare documents accordingly on regular basis.
∎ Keep all relevant documents always up to date to encounter any unannounced audit & Technical audit.
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party any compliance audit.
∎ Have to perform internal compliance audits at factories in conjunction with buyer compliance guide lines.
∎ Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards.
∎ Ensure employees at all levels are aware of compliance policies and conduct training.
∎ Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential legal and compliance risks.
∎ Implement and monitor internal controls to detect and prevent non-compliance.
∎ We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Asst. Manager -Compliance to join our HR & Compliance team. Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.·
