• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

·  Lead and manage the entire cutting department operations (Woven Tops, Bottoms & Jackets).

·  Ensure accurate fabric consumption, marker planning, and fabric utilization.

·  Review and approve cutting plans, lay planning, and marker efficiency.

·  Ensure cutting is done as per buyer specifications, size ratio, and pattern.

·  Coordinate with merchandising, production, CAD, and store departments.

·  Ensure the cutting output meets the daily production target without compromising quality.

·  Manage a team of cutting supervisors, CAD operators, layer men, and helpers.

·  Ensure fabric is cut with minimum wastage and maximum efficiency.

·  Handle all pre-production activities related to cutting and ensure on-time sample delivery.

·  Maintain strict quality standards in fabric inspection, shrinkage test, and cutting accuracy.

·  Ensure discipline, safety, and 6S practices in the department.

·  Implement lean cutting techniques and strive for continuous improvement.

·  Prepare and maintain all cutting-related documentation and reports.
