Educational Requirements:
∎ BBS/BBA/Masters/MBA in Accounting or other relevant subjects from any reputed public/private university.
∎ Studying a professional qualification (ICAB, ACCA, CIMA, ICMAB) preferably at least the 2nd level.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day accounts
∎ Disburse monthly payroll
∎ Prepare and disburse weekly disbursements to suppliers
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded properly
∎ Maintain and update balance of cash book and bank book
∎ Deposit cash at the bank
∎ Keep safe custody of cash, cheques and other important documents
∎ Prepare bill/vouchers
∎ Update accounting records
∎ Prepare monthly income and expenditures statement
∎ Report to CEO regarding all financial statements
∎ Prepare financial budget forecast using excel
∎ Handle cash and petty cash
∎ Prepare and file VAT and Income Tax
∎ Communicate with Cooks and Diners regarding payments
∎ Other tasks as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ At least 2-3 years in Finance and/or Accounting.
∎ Quick at calculations.
∎ Excel proficiency.
∎ Ability to handle and manage cash.
∎ Proficiency in creating Financial Statements and forecasting budgets using Excel
∎ Knowledgeable about Income and VAT Tax Regulations
∎ Very proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Docs
∎ Able to multitask
∎ Problem solving mentality
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Must be willing to work with shift wise and long hours when needed. The job is for 6 days a week. Must also come to the office in Banani.
Weekdays 10 am - 6:30 pm or 12.30 pm - 9 pm.
