Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At most 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Food (Packaged), E-commerce
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Masters

Any certificate related to Food Training or Food cuisine, Food Hygiene, or Homemade Food processing

• At most 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Food (Packaged), E-commerce
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Female

• Strong interest in cooking, food, culinary arts, and anything food-related.

• Fluent in both English and Bangla. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with both languages.

• Needs to have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, etc.

• MS Excel is comfortable and has a good user of formula.

• Compassionate demeanor and problem-solving mentality

● Quality check, post, and approve food offers on the Cookups app, website, and Facebook group.

●Communicate with Cooks on Messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls, and email regarding any issues with their food offers or orders and SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS!

● Collect leads on new potential Cooks through research (mostly on social media).

●Conduct kitchen inspections; make a report for on boarding Cooks.

●Re-inspect kitchens of Registered Cooks and consolidate all necessary information. 

●Communicate with Cooks & Diners regarding canceled & declined orders, investigate the issue & convince them to complete the order.

●Weekly Quality Assurance and complain Check to improve the overall quality of food on the platform. 

● Check that onboard cooks maintain proper procedure and rules

● Conducting training sessions with Cook (one-to-one in the office) about the app, increasing sales. pricing, photography, etc

● Provide a Tag List, Regular Album, make a Campaign plan, make food categories, and organize them
