Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
∎ 5 to 10 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Agriculture Company
∎ Establishing long & short term manpower planning for as per company requirement with clearly identify job responsibilities & maintain general office administration.
∎ Timely recruit Human Resource and retain based on the recruitment of company.
∎ Develop and manage the project as required, including research assignments, presentations and project documents for business development initiatives and marketing.
∎ Monitor incoming communications and leads for agricultural practices and market best opportunities.
∎ Organize orientation & induction program for newly join employee.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drive high performance.
∎ Maintain the process of resignation/retirement/termination.
∎ Manage individual employee relations cases from incident report through final disposition.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, maintaining, efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Execution of company’s administrative plans, policies & decisions of the management.
∎ Maintain liaison with local Govt. office (PS, DC, RAB, Labor Office, Titas Gas, NESCO/DESCO)
