Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
∎ Manage employee grievance and other personnel related issue.
∎ Development and update HR politics, procedures and guidelines as per Labor Law.
∎ Organizing the personal file, prepare all HR - related letters such as Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, and letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration.
∎ Coordinate all recruitment process to ensure timely, optimal, and quality hiring according to the company's value and culture.
∎ Solving worker grievance issue.
∎ Ensure assist compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
∎ Documentary work.
