Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any reputed institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule deliveries for the next day through the Cookups admin panel and Tookan and assign riders.
∎ Oversee all delivery operations and ensure deliveries are conducted in a timely manner.
∎ Collect all dues from riders daily.
∎ Maintain relationships with clients and troubleshoot when necessary.
∎ Communicate with Cooks & Diners regarding cancelled & declined orders, investigate the issue & convince them to complete the order.
∎ Update delivery KPIs daily.
∎ Weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Other tasks as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge on transportation of food.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla.
∎ Familiar with and good knowledge of areas and locations within Dhaka city.
∎ Ability to talk to riders and manage and discipline them.
∎ Ability to talk to customers and cooks.
∎ Needs to have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
∎ Problem solving mentality.
∎ Experience in delivery/delivery personnel/operations/logistics management will be given preference.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Once a week off. Once the individual is trained, he/she will have to work for around 12 hours every alternate day. Every alternate date will be off. However, there may be exceptions to this rule.
