Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Utilize the HRIS to create new employee profiles, update existing records, and make necessary changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee files.
∎ Assist with Donor Audits by providing relevant HR documentation and support as required.
∎ Support payroll processing activities, including data entry, verification, and support in resolving payroll-related queries.
∎ Assist in closing staff files after their departure, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
∎ Provide translation services between English and Bangla for HR-related documents, communications, and meetings. etc.
∎ Gain practical experience in various aspects of HR operations, including HRIS management, recruitment, and payroll processing.
∎ Develop proficiency in utilizing office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms, Power Automate, List).
∎ Enhance communication and interpersonal skills through interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Improve language proficiency through providing translation services between English and Bangla.
∎ Gain insight into donor audit processes and compliance requirements.
∎ Objective:
∎ The primary objective of this internship is to provide the intern with practical experience and exposure to HR operations while supporting the Human Resources department in achieving its goals.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
