Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have a minimum Bachelor's in a relevant field from a reputable university.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation, graphics design and illustrator.
∎ Proven work experience as a business development or sales manager/executive would be useful but is not required.
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Customer Needs and Challenge, Networking and Communications Skills, Persuasion, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills., Prospecting, Research Design/ Analysis
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement monthly and weekly marketing and sales plans,
∎ Develop a growth strategy in sales and marketing focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction,
∎ Conduct research to identify new customers' (Cook & Diner) needs.
∎ Plan the creation of content and create content using Illustrator and Photoshop. We accept some informal creations in Canva too. But Illustrator expertise is a plus.
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting customers' objectives.
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
∎ Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and vendors.
∎ Develop entry-level staff into valuable marketers.
∎ Other tasks as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven sales and/or marketing track record is a plus.
∎ Experience in customer support is a plus.
∎ Must be proficient in using G Suite and Microsoft Office.
∎ Must be proficient in creating graphical content for social media using Canva or related applications.
∎ Must be social media savvy.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla.
∎ Must have some market knowledge and good food knowledge.
∎ Very good communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to build rapport.
∎ Time management and planning skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Must be willing to work long hours when needed. The job is for 6 days a week. Must also come to the office in Banani.
