Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates should have a minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a well-recognized university.
∎ Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive would be useful but is not required.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good design sense and an eye for great digital content.
∎ Someone who can create social media content using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Weekly campaign management and handling star cooks.
∎ Communicating with cooks for campaigns.
∎ Explore, and execute digital marketing initiatives for all present and future Cookups' SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Coordinate with brand teams to integrate digital marketing activities into the overall marketing plan.
∎ Monitor and track the effectiveness of the ongoing digital marketing presence, budget, and effectiveness and come up with suggestions for improvement.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
∎ Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, Content marketing, VMS & SMS Marketing.
∎ Experienced in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
∎ Creative and expert in content writing.
∎ Content designing in Canva and Illustrator.
∎ Great design sense!
∎ Basic knowledge in video editing is a plus.
∎ Analytical mindset, committed to deadlines, and team player.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills to work with international agencies and colleagues.
∎ Good proficiency in English and Bangla content writing.
∎ Communication and negotiation skill.
∎ You will be expected to work 6 days a week from the office in Banani. Hours are 10:00- 6:30 but you may have to work longer hours when needed.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ The job is for 6 days a week. Must come to the office in Banani.
