∎ Relevant experience in MNC or locally reputed organization preferably at least 2/3 years in Factory HR role.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the factory HR team to ensure that the HR function effectively supports and drives the organization's strategic objectives.
∎ Develop and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization in the areas of recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefit and compliance.
∎ Ensure stakeholder management to align HR practices with organizational goals, enhancing employee engagement, managing change and conflicts, ensuring compliance, improving communication, fostering development, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement.
∎ Ensures the right organization structure is maintained and resources are available to populate the structure.
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and learning & development initiatives.
∎ Identification of high potential employees (HiPo) in order to ensure talent pipeline is prepared to take on more senior responsibilities and face future challenges.
∎ Lead the design, planning and implementation of Apex performance review process of factory employees to ensure continuous improvement.
∎ Ensures full employment by lowering the tendency to high turnover and frequency absenteeism which results in raise productivity to a higher level.
