Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive strategic Human resource planning to meet the human capital needs aligned with business goals.
∎ Develop and implement human resources policies to support strategic objectives in line with the country law and industry standard.
∎ Ensure that key HR functions (E.G. Recruitment, Succession Planning, HR Development, Leave Management, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Separation etc.) are effectively running to ensure proper HR management implementation & execution.
∎ Analyzing role profile, designing Job Description, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) & conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
∎ Handling grievance, employee relation & disciplinary issues as per company policy and standard.
∎ Follow up & improve entire safety & security of the factory premise and respond to all emergencies promptly.
∎ Develop and implement contingency plans and emergency response procedures to address potential disruptions within the factory premise.
∎ Liaison & Coordinate with the different government entities, industrial police and local police station.
∎ Coordinate with civil and maintenance team for new projects.
∎ Liaison with local community for worker accommodations and safety issues.
∎ Monitoring of the CAPs against buyer's audit report with the help of factory Compliance team and send the CAP to the auditor and buyer; prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress & supervise the compliance Module on Platform software.
∎ Check & review all kinds of compliance related activities by the cross functional department.
∎ Conduct internal compliance audit to all respective department & ensure BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SCS/C-TPAT, GOTS, FCS, OCS, GRS, RCS Audit & other EU, UK, USA buyers requirements.
∎ Conduct training & provide guidance to the employees to understand compliance, Hazard Identification & do needful Risk Assessment.
∎ All Layout plan update & approval and visit factory premise to identify and resolve any gaps or mismatch related with the compliance requirement issues.
∎ Communicate with buyer regarding any requirements & update of compliance rules & regulation along with factory status and overlook all kinds of third-party certificate, factory license & documentation update regarding factory compliance.
