Job Highlights

• We are seeking experienced and skilled Factory Recruitment Specialists to meet our organization goal. This role will be responsible for sourcing manpower through different technical institutes and from rural areas to fill the vacant non-management manpower. Candidates should have practical experience and capacity to source manpower, specially worker level, from Hill track (e.g. Chattogram, Khagrachhari, Bandarban etc.) and other rural areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sourcing factory manpower from different technical training institutions and local remote areas

• Visit and communication with authority of different technical training institutions and local leaders for hiring factory manpower.

• Candidate sourcing through referrals and networking to find the potential manpower

• Job post in social medias to attract interested candidates

• Create and maintain a pool database to meet future manpower needs

• Review resumes, conduct interviews and select qualified candidates

• Promote the company as an attractive place to work

• Handle salary & benefit discussions and extend job offers

• Assist new hires during the initial joining phase
