- 4 to 6 years core experience in Accounts Payable and Reconciliation
Skills & Area of Expertise
- Advanced SAP knowledge
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of local tax laws (TDS).
Responsibilities & Context:
- Accounts Payable (AP) Management, Payment Scheduling
- Monitor the Accounts Payable aging report to optimize working capital
- LC File Adjustment & Management, LC Settlement
- Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) Balance Confirmation & Dispute Management
- Vendor Reconciliation, Balance Confirmation & Dispute Management
- SAP Operations & Reporting, Data Integrity & Audit Support
- Prepare the projected cash outflow report for the upcoming week
- Coordinate with the Procurement/Sourcing team to resolve blocked invoices
