Program Implementation Unit (PIU) for SICIP-BSIA Program

Job Location: Dhaka, with a field visit as per program requirements

Job Type: Contractual (Yearly)

Job Duration: Renewable based on annual performance evaluation

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support for the achievement of job placement targets of the PIU.

• Develop and maintain a network with employers to increase job opportunities for trainees.

• Work closely with the Job Placement Officers of the training institutes to ensure effective job placement efforts.

• Assist in implementing strategies for job placement support services.

• Assist to develop database plan, strategy and tools.

• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.

• Assist in organizing periodic job fairs to bridge the gap between skilled trainees and industry needs.

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Coordinator, Chief Coordinator and SDCMU in relevance to effective program implementation.
