Bachelor of Science in Engineering or EEE with 3 years' experience or 7 years' experience for Bachelor's degree in relevant sector. Master's degree with 05 years training experience will also be eligible.

Program Implementation Unit (PIU) for SICIP-BSIA Program

Job Location: Dhaka, with a field visit as per program requirements

Job Type: Contractual (Yearly)

Job Duration: Renewable based on annual performance evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in achieving the trainee enrolment, assessment, and training completion targets, with particular attention to the targets set for women and disadvantaged groups.

  • Conduct capacity assessment visits for the primary selection of training institutions according to the quality training criteria set by SICIP.

  • Conduct regular visits to partner training institutions to monitor the implementation of training programs.

  • Assist in updating, developing and finalizing course curricula/standards and relevant learning materials, assessment tools and ensuring quality of training program, assessment and certification.

  • Communicate with the training institutions to ensure the availability of competency standard, learning materials and other training documents and activities.

  • Ensure uninterrupted networking & multimedia support at all the Training Labs & PIU office.

  • Install & upgrade training related software used by the trainees in the training lab.

  • Provide all kinds of day-today IT support to trainees & PIU staffs.

  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator and SDCMU in relevance to effective program implementation.
