Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive – HR to support the overall human resource functions of the organization. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, office car maintenances.

  • Assist in preparing job description, job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews, shortlisting the candidates for onboarding.

  • Assist in employee on-board and off-board process.

  • Assist to manage monthly Payroll activities accurately and timely, following proper compliance.

  • Maintain and update employee's personal files, keeping records of employee benefits employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and similar records.

  • Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies

  • Provide legal assistance to HR team by verifying all the current documents, identify gaps and solve those gaps according to the underlying law.

  • Helping the HR team to arrange official meetings, trainings, and other official events.

  • Maintain liaison with support service providers like Recruiting Agencies, Banks, Telco, Catering, ID card, Security & Cleaning vendors etc.
