Responsibilities & Context:

  • Monitor and follow up on project execution to ensure completion within approved budget and timelines.

  • Provide continuous operational and coordination support to department heads to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency with COO.

  • Maintain effective communication with external stakeholders and ensure proper documentation of all interactions.

  • Ensure all project-related documents and reports are accurate, error-free and submitted within deadlines.

  • Track and follow up on monthly Accounts report submission approved timeframe.

  • Prepare meeting minutes within the required time after conducting the monthly/ departmental meeting and send the report to the Management as applicable.

  • Maintain and update Gantt charts for all ongoing projects and regularly inform relevant stakeholders about progress.

  • Monitor the status of NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) projects and submit monthly progress reports to management.

  • Prepare, review, and submit error-free monthly Management Committee (Mancom) reports after meetings.

  • Assist leadership and line managers in day-to-day people management and strategic initiatives
