Responsibilities & Context:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of qualified talent.

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary structures and employee perks.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.

  • Manage payroll and timekeeping systems.

  • Ensure workplace safety and security measures are in place.

  • Collaborate with senior management on HR strategies and initiatives.

  • Handle compliance-related issues, including audits and regulatory reporting.

  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR metrics and organizational performance.

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
