Responsibilities & Context:

The Regional HR Partner is responsible for executing field-level HR operations, including onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics. This role ensures workforce integrity, cost efficiency, and strong field culture while enabling smooth business operations through proactive HR support and data-driven decision-making.

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining processes for field roles, ensuring timely documentation and orientation.

• Conduct background verification to prevent fraudulent hiring and maintain a regional risk register.

• Perform manpower planning and monitor headcount costs against approved budgets.

• Build and manage a ready backup talent pool to ensure quick replacement during attrition.

• Assess culture fit through structured screening and escalate hiring risks when necessary.

• Monitor field team dynamics to identify and address unhealthy grouping or conflicts.

• Conduct monthly pulse surveys and analyze employee sentiment to recommend improvements.

• Handle employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.

• Maintain HR data and prepare weekly/monthly reports on headcount, attrition, and performance trends.

• Conduct field audits to ensure compliance with HR policies, documentation, and code of conduct.
