Responsibilities & Context:

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and related documentation.

  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.

  • Manage employee attendance, duty rosters (including doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, office facilities, equipment, and supplies of the center.

  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, infection control, patient safety standards and hygiene across all areas (reception, labs, consultation rooms, washrooms).

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance).

  • Mediate conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.

  • Assist in implementing policies aligned with healthcare quality standards (e.g., patient safety, biomedical waste management).

  • Monitor front desk discipline, patient flow, and waiting area management.

  • Ensure staff punctuality, dress code (including medical attire), and workplace conduct.

  • Coordinate and process monthly payroll in alignment with the corporate HR/Accounts department.

  • Liaise regularly with the corporate office for HR and administrative matters.
