Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome patients, manage their queues, and guide them to various diagnostic facilities (e.g., X-ray, lab, ultrasound).
Manage patient serials, confirm schedules, and assist with follow-ups
Organize patient files, handle medical histories, and provide diagnostic reports to the doctor for review.
Support physicians during patient examinations and daily chamber consultations.
Help patients prepare for procedures, maintain a sanitized environment, and ensure examination rooms are stocked.
Update patient information, input data into Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and maintain record confidentiality
