Job Context

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and compliance — ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our fast-paced EdTech environment.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling, and onboarding

• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions

• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment pipeline

Employee Relations & HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

• Address employee queries, grievances, and conduct exit interviews

• Support performance management processes including appraisals and KPI tracking

• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws

Office Administration

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office

• Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and facility maintenance

• Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and official correspondence

• Maintain confidential files, digital records, and administrative databases

• Ensure a safe, productive, and organized work environment

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, BBA, MBA, or a related discipline from a recognized university

• PGD in HRM will be considered an added advantage

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in HR & Admin roles

• Prior experience in a tech company, startup, or EdTech platform is preferred

• Freshers with exceptional skills and strong internship background may also apply

Additional Requirements

• Age: 22–35 years (Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply)

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR best practices

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

• Experience with HRIS or HR software is an added advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English

• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-player attitude

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Monthly Salary: BDT 25,000 – 40,000 (based on experience and interview performance)

Work Days : Saturday – Thursday

Office Hours : 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
