We are not looking for basic buyers — we are looking for professionals who can professionally source high-quality, trendy, profitable, and scalable fashion products from both local and international markets.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in:

• Fashion trend analysis

• Local & international sourcing

• Fabric quality identification

• Bulk product sourcing

• Supplier negotiation

• Product profitability & scalability

• E-commerce fashion market understanding

Key Responsibilities

✅ Product Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Source trendy, high-demand, and high-quality fashion products for the platform

• Identify and maintain relationships with:

• Local manufacturers

• International suppliers

• Wholesalers

• Importers

• Fashion vendors

• Professionally negotiate pricing, MOQ, delivery timelines, and sourcing agreements

• Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining premium product quality

✅ Fabric & Product Quality Expertise

• Must have strong knowledge of:

• Fabrics

• Materials

• Stitching quality

• Product finishing

• Fashion product durability

• Ability to identify premium-quality fabrics and differentiate between low and high-grade materials

• Ensure product quality, comfort, fit, and market acceptability

✅ Fashion Trend & Market Analysis

• Research current:

• Fashion trends

• Seasonal demand

• Customer preferences

• Competitor products & pricing

• Identify trending and scalable fashion products before market saturation

• Understand Bangladeshi and international fashion market demand

✅ Bulk Sourcing & Profit Optimization

• Handle bulk sourcing and procurement professionally

• Optimize sourcing costs while ensuring product quality

• Identify profitable fashion categories and scalable products

• Contribute directly to sales growth and category expansion

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing and branding teams for:

• Product launches

• Campaign planning

• Promotional strategies

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback

• Recommend new product opportunities for business growth

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in:

• Fashion product sourcing

• Fashion merchandising

• Fashion retail

• Apparel buying

• Must have experience in both:

• Local sourcing

• International sourcing/import-related communication

✅ Strong understanding of:

• Fashion trends

• Fabrics & materials

• Customer buying behavior

• Product pricing strategy

• Experience in e-commerce fashion category will be highly preferred

• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills

• Ability to identify winning products with strong sales potential
