1. Performance Management & Japanese 'Mendan' System
· Establish, standardize, and continuously improve the Japanese 'Mendan' (1-on-1 feedback/interview) system to ensure transparent and growth-oriented performance evaluations.
· Facilitate regular performance reviews and provide coaching to managers on how to conduct effective Mendan sessions.
· Align individual performance goals with the social business objectives of the BLJ Group.
2. Coordinator to the Chairman, BLJ Group
· Act as a proactive Coordinator for the Chairman of BLJ Group, managing high-level communication and administrative alignment.
· Bridge the gap between the Chairman’s vision and local operational execution.
· Prepare reports and strategic updates for the Chairman regarding HR initiatives and organizational health.
3. Continuous Staff Development
· Design and sustain a culture of continuous staff development through structured career pathing and internal growth opportunities.
· Identify skill gaps and implement long-term learning roadmaps for technical and non-technical teams.
· Develop training modules for leadership, soft skills, and professional ethics.
4. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and write compelling job descriptions.
· Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and university partnerships.
· Act as the "gatekeeper" for senior management by screening candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
5. HR Operations & Advisory
· Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
· Prepare employment contracts and facilitate smooth onboarding.
· Provide strategic advisory support to top management on all HR matters.
