We are a 100% export-oriented, Japan-based multinational company operating in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our Merchandising team.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales & Retail Management, Communications/Mass Media/Public Relations, or Computer Science (CSE).

Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Sales Techniques will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising, sales, or related commercial operations is preferred; however, highly skilled freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate merchandising activities for products to ensure timely delivery and market compliance.

• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor product performance, stock levels, and sales trends.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional strategies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to work independently and in teams; proficient in MS Office, merchandising software, and social media/website management.
