Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Executive – Training & Development to join our HR team. This position will play a key role in strengthening employee capabilities through structured training programs, ensuring exceptional customer service standards across all Meena Bazar outlets, and developing training modules for both outlet and corporate personnel. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills (written & spoken) and a passion for improving people’s performance through continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.

  • Develop annual training calendars and coordinate training schedules across outlets and departments.

  • Conduct effective orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with company values.

  • Design and deliver customer service training for outlet staff, focusing on service etiquette, product knowledge, complaint handling, and brand standards.

  • Develop and update training modules, manuals, and materials for both outlet and corporate employees.

  • Regularly review and enhance training content based on company updates and industry best practices.

  • Visit outlets to assess service quality, identify training gaps, and provide on-the-job coaching.

  • Manage and implement employee recognition programs, including “Employee of the Month.”

  • Monitor training effectiveness and prepare reports on performance, progress, and ROI.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Assist in developing e-learning content and digital training platforms for scalable learning.
