We are seeking a competent Officer/Sr. Officer – Payroll to oversee and manage payroll operations in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee compensation records, handling statutory compliance, coordinating with relevant departments, and supporting payroll-related reporting and audits in alignment with corporate policies and local labor regulations.

The Officer/ Sr. Officer - Payroll is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees including expatriate
Maintain and update payroll data, salary structures, and employee information
Calculate salary, overtime, leave encashment, deductions, and benefits
Coordinate with Finance & Account Department for salary disbursement, Tax reports and payroll summaries as a part of generating the payroll reports
Manage payroll-related queries from both local and Indonesian employees
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and absences for all the business units
Check and update accurate records in attendance systems
Support annual salary review and increment processes
Assist in updating, reviewing, and managing compensation and benefits policies
Ensure payroll practices comply with labor law and BIDA regulations for foreign employees
Supporting the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgrades
Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards
