Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.
∎ Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales and profitability goals.
∎ Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Work closely with senior management to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Manage the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of the e-commerce platform, including content updates, product listings, and functionality enhancements.
∎ Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure the platform's security, scalability, and integration with other systems.
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns along with Media and PR team across various channels to drive traffic and sales.
∎ Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience from browsing to checkout and post-purchase.
∎ Coordinate with fulfillment team to ensure omni-stores’ order dispatch and reverse logistics performance in accurate manner.
∎ Develop and implement SPO with internal and external stakeholder of E-Commerce channel.
∎ Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and successful execution of e-commerce initiatives.
