∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ HR Responsibilities:
∎ -Performing as Corporate Recruitment In-charge (CRi).
∎ -Having in-depth knowledge on Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions Analysis, Competency Framework,
∎ Succession Planning, and Performance Management System.
∎ -Having in-depth knowledge about Foreign Recruitment especially Chinese and Sri Lankan Nationals.
∎ -Follow-up Performance Management System for all Staff and Management Personnel in the Head
∎ Office.
∎ -Issue Office Note, Memo, Office Order & Circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ -Follow-up Appointment Processing, Orientation/ Induction, Exit Interview.
∎ -Ensure Transfer, Increment, Promotion, Separation, Confirmation related works.
∎ -To develop, upgrade, and implement HR Policies, Guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for
∎ establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ Position Offered: Assistant Manager-HR & Admin
∎ -Follow up Disciplinary Action & conduct Departmental Inquiry & Grievance.
∎ -Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
∎ -Assist in the Recruitment and Selection Process.
∎ -Perform employee Confirmation, Promotions, Termination, etc. and maintenance in HRIS.
∎ -Assist in the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
∎ -Any other task as assigned by the management.
∎ Administrative Responsibilities:
∎ -Negotiate or resolve daily problems among Staff on Administrative Issues.
∎ -Ensuring Administrative Policy and Procedure for smooth running in the Head Office.
∎ -Coordinate Office Activities and Operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company
∎ standards.
∎ -Assist in preparing Reports, Presentations, and other documents as needed.
∎ -Oversee the Housekeeping of the Company.
∎ -Day-to-day administrative support.
∎ -Various reports of HR & Administrative Works.
