• Age 22 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Smart, energetic, dynamic, and eager to learn.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong interest in field sales activities.

• Knowledge of transport apps is required.Ability to reach out to and engage drivers regularly.

• Experience as a transport apps sales executive will be highly preferred.

• Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Must own and be able to use a smartphone.

• Lead driver acquisition and training initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and local communities.

• Ensure compliance with company operational standards.

• Take a hands-on approach to resolve real-time operational challenges.

• Follow and help reinforce company SOPs and procedures.

• Work with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve growth targets.

• Apply analytical thinking with strong attention to detail.
