∎ 3-4 years’ experience in any reputed garments industry.
∎ Must be an expert in Microsoft Office and typing both Bengali and English.

∎ 3-4 years’ experience in any reputed garments industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure that appropriate welfare measures are in place, as required by Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ Provide counseling and support to employees.
∎ Provide first aid and assistance to employees who are sick, and arrange for annual health check-ups.
∎ Ensure that the workplace is safe and healthy and that employees are protected from physical or sexual abuse.
∎ Ensure that employees receive all necessary benefits, including on-time and correct amount.
∎ Ensure that employees' rights are protected as per labor law.
∎ Ensure that amenities such as dining, toilets, and drinking water are provided.
∎ Work to develop a good harmonious relationship between workers and owners, and ensure good communication.
∎ Ensure compliance with all compliance aspects, including OSH, chemical, fire, and electrical.
∎ To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.·
∎ Counseling and motivating all the workmen regarding office discipline and absenteeism.
