∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Knowing graphic design work will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare management reports associated with MD.
∎ Provide full assistance including preparation of correspondence and organizing appointments.
∎ Assist and coordinate planning and preparation of meetings and conferences and Prepare minutes, MS documentation and business support and follow-up accordingly.
∎ Coordination with internal/ external departments for the smooth functioning of the organization.
∎ Maintaining utmost confidentiality with sensitive and business information·
∎ Liaise with Department Heads, Group and external associates in relation to necessary follow-up on queries, deadlines, requests and special functions instigated by the MD.
∎ Coordinate travel, visa, and ticket arrangements for the management as required.
