∎ M.Sc in Leather Engineering will be an added qualification to be considered.
∎ Partly qualified from CA/CMA will give an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Determine products costing strategy for factory, outsource and import by utilizing market research data to ensure maximize profit margin.
∎ Ensure that all processes from initial costing to pre-costing of factory's category article are followed before final costing for cost effective product development.
∎ Analysis local market and competitors all types of category costing to ensure a competitive pricing in the market.
∎ Conduct post-costing to determine the cause of any cost variances in order to control product cost factors.
∎ Ensure seasonal MRP and margin analysis for all categories from all sources.
∎ Effectively work with PD and merchandiser for factory cost effective product development.
∎ Collaborate with the Product Development department to compile the costing sheet and negotiate with the outsourcing partners.
∎ Conduct the product costing methods to determine the reorder cost of different categories.
∎ Provide different reports i.e factory operation report, average margin category, etc to reflect the current costing scenario.
∎ Analysis overhead, development cost and design wise SMV and productivity.
